The Body Alarm Response (BAR) is a description of the natural unstoppable psychological and physiological changes that take place in every Human Being when they have been startled or otherwise thrust into a situation of urgency, perceived importance and or fear.

NTS utilizes this understanding of BAR to develop its training methods and techniques. Once again this decreases the amount of training time and most importantly increases the Efficiency of the Operator and therefore their Effectiveness and Survivability in Combat Situations.
